On Friday 15.11. at 18:30 we taste semi-green teas from Fujian province.
We will compare two ancient groups of oolongs from Fujian province.
We will taste "Ǔtes oolongs from the Wu YI Mountains" such as the famous Da Hong Pao (lit. Great Scarlet Robe) and traditionally processed oolongs from Anxi District, which is well represented by Tie Guan Yin (lit. Iron Goddess of Mercy).
