Tea tasting - Oolongs from Taiwan - 台灣烏龍茶
On Friday 8.5. at 18:30 there will be a tasting of real loose teas from the island of Formosa - from Taiwan.
We will focus on semi-green tea (Chinese: Wu Long Cha - Oolong), which is so characteristic of Taiwan.
In particular, slightly oxidized and gently roasted teas from this year's, so-called winter harvests.
We can look forward to high mountain locations (Chinese: Gao Shan) such as Alishan or Lishan.
