Tea tasting - Kuradashi - Japanese tea from the pantry - 蔵出口
On Friday 13.12. we will be tasting different types of Japanese green tea, which is connected by the adjective Kuradashi - 蔵出师.
Tea leaves used for Kuradashi - literally: "from the pantry", are high-quality green teas, such as Gyokuro or Sencha, which benefit from proper maturation. Shincha - i.e. "new tea", which is stored for at least 6 months acquires a unique taste-aromatic profile different from fresh harvests.
