Whether you've heard of craniosacral therapy or not, but it's tempting you, calling you to try it, I've got a taster afternoon for you.
What does it mean?
For a small contribution ( 400 CZK) you will experience for yourself what the cranio is all about. The price of classic craniosacral therapy in Brno ranges from approx. 1000 to 2500 CZK.
Usually cranio takes 45-50 minutes, here you get half an hour care. I have experience that if the body is given the intention in advance that we have 30 minutes, it can do what it needs even in this shorter time.
The experience from the festival in September, where I treated 7 women in this way, only proves it. Everyone liked it very much, they felt rested and lighter. After a week of calling these women, I received very nice feedback. Even in December, on the first tasting afternoon, it brought the desired effect.
In short, cranio mainly helps to release the body from stress - stress, blocks, tension, pain, immune support, psychological relief and also helps to perceive and feel better.
The world is very hectic, the pressure to perform, everything is speeding up, becoming more expensive, the bar is being raised faster and faster.
It is very difficult for us to keep our balance, to face it all with ease.

I have been a facilitator of craniosacral therapy since 2016. Because cranio is a very complex, holistic method, I am still learning from the beginning to this day.
I also "get" cranio regularly, because I consider it very important, when I already work with it, to perceive, feel and see its effects on itself.
Kranio helped me most visibly after an accident when I had a torn delicate muscle in my neck, and after treatment with cranio I didn't even need to take medication, or wear a neck collar.
This is one of the many positive results that I have experienced not only on myself, but with others during the period when I have been working with this technique.
