Od prince ke králi – cesta k vědomějším vztahům (Jan Bím)

Why do our love relationships so often turn from a fairy tale into a battlefield? The answer does not lie in our partners, but deep in our subconscious.

An experiential and self-discovery seminar for women and men, in which we will discover our inner relationship patterns, projections and injuries that we often unconsciously carry into partner relationships. Using an allegorical story, meditation and practical exercises, together we will embark on a journey from unconscious reactions to greater inner freedom and more conscious relationships.

In most life stories, relationship problems have a similar denominator – we project our inner figures onto our partner and ourselves, especially the inner father, inner mother and inner wounded child. We react to these projections with defensive attitudes to protect ourselves from the pain of past traumas. In ordinary situations, we often do not react to real other people and their real words or actions, but to our own projections and inner wounds. This causes us to be often unhappy in relationships.

The seminar is based on the e-book From Prince to King - The Path to Inner Freedom and a Fulfilled Relationship. It is not necessary to read it to participate in the seminar.

Seminar program:

* We will start with a common circle to introduce each other and express expectations.
* We will listen to the allegorical story "From Prince to King".
* A memory meditation that will bring us memories of certain relationship situations.
* Working with the Guide on the way to the King - a workbook from the book. We will do exercises in which we will uncover our inner figures and projections, our boundaries with our parents and our partner, explore our inner aggressor, uncover our inner needs in our relationship with our partner and prepare our "royal" steps in our relationship. each participant decides for himself according to his satisfaction with the seminar and according to his personal possibilities. The recommended approximate amount is 300-500 CZK (includes teaching and organizational costs
