About event

The end of the year is slowly approaching. We chase results, deadlines, success. But where was the peace in all this? We invite you to the October SESSION, which will allow you to slow down and understand yourself, your stress and the balance that we are all looking for.

👉 In the first block, you will find out with Ivana Molnárová:

🔴 What happens in the body and brain during stress, fear and anxiety.

🔴 Using simple, practical exercises (e.g. stress map at work and in the family) you will become aware of your main stressors and concrete action steps that you can take immediately to experience less stress.

🔴 You will find out what affects your "quick dopamine", which habits add peace to your life and which quietly take it away.

🔴 Stress is multifactorial - work can only be the last cherry. What about family? Finance? Relationships? A relationship with yourself? Together we'll discover what your real trigger is.

This part is going to be intense worshop! We will go in depth, no boring theory, lessons, or learned phrases 🙂

👉 In the second block, we will have an open discussion with Ivana Molnárová and Denis Kováč from Brain Athletics:

🔴 We will look at stress from the perspective of habits, neuroscience, psychology and the real life of two successful people.

🔴 We will talk about the principles of habits, how to effectively put them into practice, and how to find balance even in the period when performance is expected of us.

Today, pressure is the new normal. But balance and peace are not a luxury — they are the basis if we don't just want to survive, but really live.

Denis Kováč & Brain Athletics:👇

Denis Kováč is a Slovak creator, podcast author and popularizer of psychology, science and personal development. Together with his brother Patrik, he leads the successful Brain Athletics project, which brings deep topics in an understandable way, with humor and authentic stories. Their podcast is one of the most listened to in Slovakia and has more than 6 million listens.

Denis originally worked in a corporate environment, but the pressure and pace led him to change direction. He spent a year in Canada, where he fully immersed himself in psychology, scientific research and personal growth. In 2021, he founded Brain Athletics, which quickly became one of the most influential educational projects in Slovakia.

He is the author of the bestseller (A) Social Pig, in which he discusses charisma, communication and social patterns through the story. Forbes included him in the 30 under 30 list and in 2024 he won the title of the Most Reliable Influencer in Slovakia.

Denis will explain why modern people paradoxically do not "keep up" even if they have a calendar full of productivity, and why our brain needs boredom, slowing down and inactivity just as much as challenges. It will be based on neuroscience, but in a language that everyone can translate into their own lives.

Who is this SEŠN intended for?

For everyone who goes "for performance" - from a manager to a parent, from a freelancer to a student.
For those who like things under control, but feel that their body and head are asking for a break.
For people who want more rather than calendar tips: to understand what's going on in the brain and have clear steps on how not to go crazy.
For those who like to talk about complex things simply, with humor, but also with depth.
