ODPOUTEJ SVŮJ HLAS - cyklus hlasových workshopů

✨I cordially invite you to a series of workshops during which you will discover, get to know and explore new and previously unimaginable possibilities and qualities of your voice. They will help you express yourself with strength, confidence, but also lightness, without pressure and unpleasant feelings.
*
✨I invite you to explore how you can feel the voice in your body, how you can be more in tune with it in contact and in harmony. How you can play with it and see it as a supportive partner for everyday life.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN:
• During 5 follow-up meetings, we will observe and examine where the "roots" of our voice lead, where it originates in our body, how we shape it ( whether consciously or unconsciously) and everything that affects its function and its qualities.

• Based on this, we will experiment with it and change our experienced settings and patterns. We will awaken and stimulate the synchronicity of the body and mind, so that we do not laboriously "produce" the voice, but so that it can flow from us with ease.

• Among the tools that can connect us with ourselves through the voice is clearly SINGING . It is our nature (we will make sure of that) and it will also have its place at each of the workshops.

• What I do not offer at the workshops: universal and instant instructions and recipes a la "do this and exactly how you I say, and in a moment you'll have a problem". Each of us is a unique "vessel" with a unique life story, and the willingness to embark on a journey of discovery and exploration of oneself (not only) through the voice plays a big role in working with the voice.

SIMONA BALKO, guide:
✨I am a singing woman and for 15 years I have been a guide for people on the journey of knowing their voice. I started my own journey to my real, authentic voice at 19 as a screamed bird who studied singing at a conservatory, but when I was mugged one day, I couldn't even raise my voice enough to call for help. Even this moment became a giant driving force for a much deeper knowledge of my voice and myself. How I can actually make an impression on my voice and how it can help me to express myself in my complete authenticity.

✨On this journey to myself, I was accompanied and inspired (and is accompanied and inspired) by a number of guides, teachers and mentors, e.g. Iva Bittová, Komala de Amorim, Gabriela Vermelho, Hana Pecková, Olga Lidia Kozlowska, Ivana Vostárková, Monika Obermajerová, Feng Yun Song, Ridina Ahmed, Mirka Novak, Bettina Maureenji, Antonia Nyass and others.
