We have significantly lower penalties for corruption or tax fraud. Some political nominees or oligarchs avoided court verdicts because their prosecution had to be stopped. The police force is in disarray and experienced investigators are leaving the force. Police officers talk about frustration, but one of them beat a man to death. Is Slovakia still a safe country? Can the police really "help and protect" and do prosecutors and judges have free hands despite attacks by politicians? Moderator Laura Kellö Kalinská will talk about these and other topics with former prosecutor and now lawyer Matúš Harkabus, who oversaw the murder case of Ján Kuciak and Martina Kušnírová .
