≪ On the ship we dance every Tuesday from 19:30 ≫
courage may not be loud. Sometimes it's just the moment you don't take a step back. When you stay, even if you are shaking. When do you allow your body to lead you - in motion, to the truth, in the breath. In dancing, courage does not have to manifest itself in force, but willing to feel. Being leading what is happening inside.
Program
➤19: 30 - 20:00 - Warm Up Circle
Dance on the boat is also entry into the world of engaging music and ecstatic dance of Movement Medicine. Dance will take you and give you various rhythms, flow or calm up to a state of freedom, full of body or resting. The space is an offer to postpone the assessment of yourself and others and the possibility to express themselves freely, using the natural intelligence of our body. The music will take you to places where you can fully connect with yourself, both physically and emotionally. Through the rhythm, breath and movement, we give the opportunity to collectively postpone stress and tension from the body and rise to a state of pure joy and being, without the need for alcohol or other narcotic substances. I love the movement that heals, connects and allows us to be who we are - with everything that comes. Dance is for me the way to the wild. To silence.
On my evenings, depth with humor, ritual with joy and silence with ecstasy.
