OH HIROSHIMA
Having hailed from the Swedish city of Kristinehamn, the current iteration of Oh Hiroshima consists of Jakob Hemström on guitar/vocals and Oskar Nilsson on drums. Oh, Hiroshima started as a humble DIY post-rock recording project over 15 years ago. Since then, the band has evolved into a highly regarded recording and live act with a firm presence in post-rock circles and
beyond. They are known for their deeply emotive sonic palette that seamlessly blends power crescendos with tender melodies and atmospheric vocals, all backed by impressive songwriting. Over the years, their music has shifted in sound and style to include elements of shoegaze, indie-rock,
post-punk and more.
