- Eco-somatic practices support regulating the nervous system and transforming patterns by learning how to trust and listen to our bodies while deepening our sense of being in space.

- Connecting the layers and centers of the body through a free form of movement, feeling and observation, we dive into the process of non-linear cognition, physical, mental and emotional maturation.

- By awakening sensory intelligence, sensory perception as a tool for resilience, connection and well-being, we can cultivate a more connected, responsive and resilient society, where individuals develop the skills to overcome uncertainty with greater ease and adaptability.

- Engaging the senses and deepening the connection with the environment activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which acts against stress and anxiety. Sensory intelligence also improves relational awareness, making us more attuned to the emotions, needs, and nonverbal cues of others. By consciously expanding our sensory perception (e.g. paying attention to proprioception, interoception and stimuli from the environment) we become more attuned to the finer aspects of our experience.

- The source of non-stylized movement is everyday life, and movement practice supports the emergence of an individual movement vocabulary that is informed by the uniqueness of the body structure.

For participation with an interest in the cultivation of movement as a means of artistic expression opens up the possibility of further development:

- Instant composition as a discipline of writing dance from the present to a clearly articulated structure - choreography, multi-level reading of the emerging composition and its narratives, poetry, meanings opens the way to awakening creativity, conscious experience and tuning into the action.

- Choreography as a creative act of arranging and delineating movements is an art that focuses not only on the creation and manipulation of systems of rules, but does so in an open, non-deterministic way. If the world is perceived as a reality constructed by interactions, relationships, constellations and proportionalities, choreography is seen as an aesthetic creative practice of setting up these sessions or the conditions for these sessions to emerge. "On silence, slowness and other values" about the autonomy of free time, the right to create one's own anti-programs, an oasis of peace in the era of tempocracy and the fact that self-transcending and holistic reading requires quieting down and slowing down. two-semester study of traditional theater in Java. After returning, in addition to working with children and youth, I did not stop exploring and experimenting in the field of theater,
music and dance.

One of the methodological sources of movement awakenings is the experience with the unstylized movement-meditation practice of Jogged Amert, the Indonesian dancer Suprapt Suryodarma.

Movement Waking ups

This is the invitation to wake up together into a gentle movement dialogue with the presence.
A space is opening for a morning practice consisting of elements of eco-somatic movement, awakening the interconnectedness of different centers and layers of the body, developing attention and sensory intelligence, meditation in movement, improvised dance, instant composition and self-organizing choreography.

- Eco-somatic practices support the regulation of the nervous system and the transformation of patterns by learning how to trust and listen to our bodies while deepening our sense of being in space.

- Connecting the layers and centers of the body through free form movement, sensing and observation, we immerse ourselves in the process of nonlinear cognition, physical, mental and emotional maturation.

- By awakening sensory intelligence, sensory perception as a tool for resilience, connection and well-being, we can cultivate a more connected, responsive and resilient society, where individuals develop skills to overcome uncertainty with greater ease and adaptability.

- Engaging the senses and deepening the connection with the environment activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which counteracts stress and anxiety. Sensory intelligence also improves relational awareness, making us more attuned to the emotions, needs, and nonverbal signals of others. By consciously expanding our sensory perception (e.g., paying attention to proprioception, interoception, and environmental cues), we become more attuned to the finer aspects of our experience.

- The source of unstylized movement is everyday life, and movement practice supports the emergence of an individual movement vocabulary that is informed by the uniqueness of the body's structure.

For participants interested in cultivating movement as a means of artistic expression, the following options are available:

- Instant composition as a discipline of writing dance from the present into a clearly articulated structure - choreography, multi-level reading of the emerging composition and its narratives, poetry, meanings opens the way to awakening creativity, conscious experience, and tuning in to enter the action.

- Choreography as a creative act of arranging and outlining shifts is an art that focuses not only on creating and manipulating systems of rules, but does so in an open, non-deterministic way. If the world is perceived as a reality constructed by interactions, relationships, constellations and proportionalities, choreography is seen as an aesthetic creative practice of setting up these relations or the conditions for these relations to emerge.

The intention of the movement awakenings is in line with the ideas of the Slovak philosopher and writer Etela Farkašová, stimulatingly summarized in the work "On Silence, Slowness and Other Values" about the autonomy of free time, the very creation of one's own anti-programs, an oasis of peace in the era of tempocracy and that self-transcending and unifying reading requires silence and slowing down.

About the guide:
After completing my academic studies in Eastern European languages and literatures, I completed a two-semester study of traditional theater in Java. After returning, in addition to working with children and youth, I continued to develop and experiment in the fields of theater, music, and dance.

One of the methodological sources of movement awakenings is the experience with the unstylized movement-meditation practice Jogged Amerta, by Indonesian dancer Suprapto Suryodarmo.
