🪷And who will guide you through the course ?
I am Iza (Kristi Fekiačová) and I have been working on rejuvenation techniques for several years.
I have always been fascinated by the ability of our body to regenerate and I was looking for methods and techniques to live to our full potential through the harmony of body, mind and our energy.
I went through several Slovak and international schools and trainings. I am a certified Face Yoga Method instructor from the leading facial yoga instructor in the USA, Fumiko Takatsu, who is dedicated to a holistic approach to the face and overall health.
I teach women how to awaken their true beauty that belongs to us.
Come and learn it live!
