We assume that children, adolescents or adults who are deprived of courage do not have the motivation to change anything.

The course will be appreciated by all who work with clients in a variety of contexts.
Topics:
Putting on the issue. Encouragement as a basic method aimed at strengthening the sense of belonging and to support the process of changing when working with individuals and groups. Definition of the term in connection with other concepts of individual psychology. Encouragement as an attitude, process and method. Principles of giving courage. Phase of the process of giving courage. Procedure to give courage.
The art of support. Support and building a good relationship with the client as a means of changing the client's beliefs about himself. Attitudes that take courage (eg high ambitions, focusing on deficiencies and mistakes, comparison, competitive environment, etc.) and means to recognize them (eg thematic early memory, work with stories). The art of identifying the needs of the client, recognizing resources and strengths and incorporating them into the process of giving courage.
Support communication. Focusing on resources, addressing constructive goals and alternative elections. Aspects of support communication (what is and is not support), communication that relieves courage. Tips for support communication, support sentences.
methods of supplying courage. Presenting selected methods and techniques of supplying courage. Presentation of case reports, model situations, cases of good practice, real experience of participants.
