Lenka Laštovičková and Jan Čermák will guide you through an online evening.
Competence training for circle facilitation and the development of heart intelligence in society.
The circle develops between humanity, intuitiveness, connection, balance and relational flow, harmonizes the community and creates equal and equal relationships, brotherhood and sisterhood, develops and satisfies natural human curiosity and interest in people and self-knowledge.
- Do you want to support people of all ages in their personal growth, in the development of the intelligence of the heart and the development of social health and in the growth of internal personal competences?
- Do you want to develop your competences to work with a group through a circle towards self-knowledge, to deepen mutual relationships, to develop and learn transparency and clarity?
- Would you like to start a circle in your locality or community and have enough knowledge, competence and inspiration to lead and encourage such a circle?
- Do you lead people in a work team and need to understand more about yourself as a leader, men and women?
I invite you to develop your facilitation competence to lead with the intelligence of the heart.
A facilitator is an enabler, a space holder, a guardian of principles, a dedicated practitioner of circular sharing.
