🤩We invite you to an online training that will help you build your volunteer program professionally. During our meetings, we will discuss that the motivation of volunteers is not just an isolated element that is trained independently, but is a direct result of the overall quality and professional setting of your program. via Google Meet.

🙋🏼♂️Recruitment we will present it to you as a process of finding mutual motivation and intersection of needs, emphasizing that it is not about convincing people, but about offering interesting work with a clear return value. You will learn how to put together an attractive offer that evokes emotion and clearly names the benefits that a volunteer will receive from you. We will continue with the topic of selection, which is often underestimated, although it serves as a key protection for the organization and its clients. We will show you how to conduct personal interviews that reveal the true motivation of interested parties and help you identify problematic types of behavior in time, such as a "savior" complex or disrespect for authority.
👉🏻We will finish the whole process with training, which is the key to volunteers not only starting, but also staying with you. You will learn how to set up general and professional training so that volunteers have the necessary tools, skills and confidence to carry out their tasks. We will also talk about how to be flexible when planning training and why it is important to have the rules for reimbursement of costs clarified in advance.
