About event
On Friday, May 22, from 5:30 p.m., we continue the tradition of the popular "Neighborhood Grill" - this time in the garden of the Mother's Center near Toulcova dvor (Kubatova no. 1). You will find us behind the open gate just to the right before the main entrance to the courtyard.
How the roasting takes place
The event is open to the public, there is no entrance fee. From 17:30 to about 19:30 a fire made of hard dry wood and roasting tools (hazelnuts) will be available, seasonings, napkins and a trash can will be prepared on the table by the fire. You can come and go at any time during the early evening. Bring burritos or goodies for roasting with you, if you don't have time to buy them, you can also buy them "at the scene" while supplies last. During the event, your children can also use the game elements of the garden and small attractions prepared by the organizers. But you have to look after them yourself. Roasting is under your direction, but we will be happy to help you in free capacity. In several blocks, one of our musicians will play songs on acoustic guitar for listening and for a good mood, it will be welcome if you join in singing. Some songs will also be sung to glorify God, while others will be traditional "camp party songs".
What is not allowed
Since the garden is primarily intended for the stay of smaller children, it is not allowed to enter it with domestic animals or to bring anything in glass containers or materials that could break into pieces. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is also not welcome. Thank you very much in advance for being considerate and respecting these restrictions.
What you can help us with
We welcome if you bring, for example, a homemade cake or a brownie, not only for yourself - but in a reasonable amount, because everything that is not used will need to be taken away after the end or when you leave. If you help us restore everything before the end of the event, we will certainly not refuse. If you bring an idea, a tip, a simple game or anything in which not only your children could be involved, there will also be space to apply it after agreement with the organizers.
Don't forget a good mood and if you don't have it to spare, you will probably meet it among us 😊.
