Dance OPEN CLASSES are regular trainings for everyone who wants to develop their movement skills, technique and relationship to dance. Meetings take place once a week and are open to experience levels - from beginners to advanced.
The training is focused on contemporary dance and consists of a warm-up, shorter movement exercises in space, stretching and a final dance variation, where we connect technique, dynamics and musicality.
The goal of OPEN CLASSES is to improve technique, movement awareness and confidence in movement, but at the same time create a safe and a supportive space where you can learn at your own pace, discover new movement qualities and meet people with a common passion for dance.
OPEN CLASSES are ideal if you are looking for regular movement, inspiration and a community where dance has both joy and depth.
