About event
Try something new and dance Forró!🤩
Hi everyone,
If you’re looking to get moving in the new year or just want to try something different, we invite you to an open class of Brazilian dance Forró🇧🇷. Forró is a music genre and a partner dance where it’s not about perfection but about sharing the joy of movement.
Throughout January, you can join two free open classes to see if it’s something you’ll fall in love with
❤💛💚
When: January 14th at 19:00
January 28th at 19:00
Where: Místogalerie Dům skleněná louka, Kounicova 23, Brno
Who: Everyone – even if you’ve never danced before. No partner needed, as we’ll switch partners and everyone will find their rhythm.💃
This class is for anyone who’s ready to experience something new. You can expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where no one feels awkward – it’s all about having fun. Just wear something comfortable and bring an open mind.😇
And if you enjoy it, you can join the only regular Forró course in Brno. This dance is still relatively unknown in the Czech Republic, but in Europe and beyond, there’s a large community of people who love Forró and dance it at festivals and in clubs. Our dream is to build a space here where this dance can grow and reach a wider audience. Who knows – it might just become your new passion!
We’re looking forward to seeing you!
