The workshop is aimed at developing the quality of movement, fluency and natural flow. We will explore how to effectively use energy in movement, find lightness, continuity and connection between individual movement sequences.
During the workshop we will work with the floorwork technique, with the floor becoming our partner and support. We will focus on working with gravity, transferring weight, using momentum and smooth transitions between movement on the ground and in space.
We will develop body awareness, coordination and the ability to move efficiently and with less effort.
The workshop is suitable for everyone who wants to deepen their movement skills, discover new possibilities for working with the body and develop a feeling for the quality of movement.
