About event
Lisboa friends,
From this sunday on, I’m inviting you to meet me every week in Jardim da Estrela at 10:30am to practise yoga all together, calm our minds and make our bodies feel great again!
🧘♀️ Starting the practise of yoga is the first step towards going inwards, understanding yourself and maybe changing some of your habits or even the way your life is going. Yoga will help you find a peaceful state of mind where answers come naturally and where you feel compassion and gratefulness towards yourself and towards others.
In those particularly dark times, this world and its people need more peace, compassion and love. ✨
So let’s come together to the mat, create beautiful true energy and spread it around. Let’s start planting seeds and do what is accessible to us to generate some changes.
All classes will be open classes, on donation which will be sent to help palestinians in Gaza.
From the river to the see!
Send me a PM if you wish to come and I'll share the exact location.
