About event
≪ We dance every Tuesday from 19:30 ≫
begins a new dance season… and with it a new stage in a new space - in our new home in Avati. I look forward to meeting again - in motion, in the present, in sharing. Let's enter this new chapter together. Dance, discover and create your story through the body. Art zamaham - singing mantras and medical songs
➤21: 50 - 22:00 - Final circle
Our evenings are the entry into the world of engaging music and ecstatic dance of Movement Medicine. Dance takes us and gives us various rhythms, flow or calm, up to a state of freedom, full of body or resting. The space is an offer to postpone the assessment of yourself and others and the possibility to express themselves freely, using the natural intelligence of our body. Music will take you to places where you can connect with yourself, both physically and emotionally. Through the rhythm, breath and movement, we give the opportunity to collectively postpone stress and tension from the body and rise to a state of pure joy and being, without the need for alcohol or other narcotic substances. I love the movement that opens us, connects us and allows us to be who we really are. I have been organizing regular Tuesday dance evenings for several years.
