No man can offend man as only man can. And often people compare people to animals. But George Orwell realized a long time ago that this is not fair to animals at all. Who is man to exalt himself above animals? Orwell showed us in Animal Farm that it is exactly the opposite - the most disgusting and insidious thing that only an animal can become is man. And it becomes so in an environment that reveals animal instincts in a person and the worst of the human in an animal. The animal becomes a political creature - zoon politikon. According to some, zoon, politikon is a species that is gradually dying out among us." But this creature is extremely tenacious and adaptable, so it is likely that it is not going anywhere.
"We have to admit it - our lives are miserable and short!"
Animal Farm. A fable for adults. Originally written by George Orwell in response to socialist totalitarian structures. However, this fable transcends the space-time boundaries of the Soviet In it, Orwell captured a process that has been repeating itself for centuries. The mobs yearning for justice and then... totalitarianism?
The ambition of the production with the subtitle "Swine" is to laugh bitterly at the eternal repetition of history VŠMU and the actors of the Visually Impaired. Two generations (literally) came together to laugh at the blindness of the crowds.
