A workshop led by an experienced holistic therapist Katarína Zětovičová for laymen who want to learn the line -up for their personal practice and for yoga lecturers and movement activities that will pass it on.

The organ set contributes to the harmonization and stretching of energy acupuncture railways, the so -called meridians. Sophisticated exercises will ensure the right function of all organs in the body and thus natural physical and mental balance. The knowledge of these energy pathways is based on proven rich experience of TCM. In practice, a total of 12 paired energy pathways are used, which are connected to 12 important organs and they respond to our emotions. Life energy flows every 24 hours gradually by all meridians - organ lessons and each month of the year is in attention and care of another organ. Thanks to this information, we can better understand and grasp the care of our health. Regular practice of the assembly is generally harmonized.

- Specifics of exercises with different groups - pregnant women, seniors, parents with children, etc.
