Discover a unique organ set according to Šárka Simonides - a special set of exercises inspired by traditional eastern doctrines, including traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). This assembly is designed to harmonize individual organs, ensure their natural function and improve the flow of vital energy in their pathways. As a result, the organs
can work in accordance with the natural cycle of the body. The organ set includes not only movement technology, but also breathing exercises inspired by different yoga directions - Hatha, Kundalini and hormonal yoga. These techniques help to strengthen energy flows, clean the body and set the inner balance. We will gradually focus on various organs and their connection, thus supporting their function and overall harmony of the body.
