Organový recitál: Marek Štrbák

Class!cal: festival of concert art is a new project of the Association of Concert Artists, which has the ambition to become an annual event in the cultural calendar of the city of Bratislava. The pilot year brings 3 concerts with an unusual dramaturgy and cast.

In the premises of the Cathedral of St. Šebastián will be performed by an organ recital by Marek Štrbák, an evening of contemporary music will be performed by the EnsembleSpectrum chamber orchestra under the baton of Matej Sloboda, and Peter Nágel and Ladislav Patkoló will play the piano in the Moyzes Hall as part of a piano soirée. The concerts are intended for lovers of classical music, whether it is a professional or lay public. In addition to world literature, domestic composers - Rosinský, Podprocký, Hatrík, as well as the young and middle generation of prolific authors represented by Novosedlíková, Slobod, Kmiťová, Buffa, and Hvozdík are also richly represented in dramaturgy. The goal of this initiative is not only the presentation of important classical music and young artists, but also the creation of a tradition of an annual meeting with music that appeals, inspires and at the same time creates space for new discoveries.
