You are very welcome this afternoon to get acquainted with the wisdom of Osho. We have put together a program to get all the way into the here and now and to be able to connect lovingly with yourself, each other and ultimately with the big whole in unity.
๐ 14:00 - 15:00 osho Dynamic Meditation
One of the most playful meditation methods to get into a state that is thoughtless yet blissful, only connected to everything around you.
It is a process of an hour with 5 phases, silent and ultimately varying the catharsis include.
๐15: 30-16: 00 The mini-workshop 'Sound & Silence'
based on the Sutra: "Baad in the center of Sound" from Osho's "Book of Secrets". In this powerful meditation technique you feel yourself as the silence center of sound. This is the same center that keeps you centered in daily life.
Mizza guides you in this mini-workshop to the silence from the inside, the center of sound. Once there, you can be bathed in the sound of his guitar to your true self. This workshop gives you a powerful technique to return to your center, or to stay there, always and everywhere where environmental sounds are.
๐16.30-17.30 singing circle with Osho Songs, Medicine Songs, Mantras and other healing songs. Feel free to take your drum, mouth harp, shaker, whistle or other instrument with you.
For the meditations, clear explanation will be given and after there will be ample time for questions and sharing your experiences.
