About event
Hi, friends! Like our ancestors, who were connected to nature, we will again return in our culture to the following of the cycle of nature.
The ritual of the transition is the moment we can reflect the period that has passed, let go, which has served, show gratitude, for what we have received and choose the intention for the period that is coming.
This ritual is brought by linking different cultures, traditions, directions and approaches that have entered our lives.
The ritual will be in the form of a sound path along with the ceremonial cocoa. We will meet on Thursday 20.3.o 18: 00-20: 30. Spring is a period of growth, new life -giving energy, a period of flowering, beauty, tenderness ... With this intention we create a common circle, open it by sharing and inserting a plan for the next period by cocoa ceremony. Through the sound bath with meditation we will have the opportunity to let go and release what does not serve us, whether what has already matured and it is time to let it go. We tune in to the vibrations of peace, harmony, love. We close the ritual by sharing and celebrating in a circle. They harmonize the mind, relax emotions and also affect our body. Let's go together on the waves of sound into the depths of our interior. Slow down, stop and breathe. Listen to the sounds of gongs, drums, tampura, Tibetan bowls, Sansules, Indian whistles, forest and water sounds ... Let your inner music discern and go to yourself. Through a sound bath we will be able to quiet and dive into our interior, relax, tune in to the energy of harmony, love and light. A sound bath can have the character of a relaxing, self -cognitive, healing, integration, or spiritual experience. Its quality that awakens is love. It opens the heart, relaxes and allows it to be connected with yourself and with others deeper than before. It helps to turn fear into love and joy. Cocoa helps to strengthen the connection with the higher self, which helps to connect with inner strength, strength and truth and awakens the connection with its inner spirit, which can help have a deeper meditation experience. The cocoa we will drink is in organic ceremonial quality from Guatemala, from a family that uses it for ritual purposes. Since childhood I was interested in human psyche, so I decided to study psychology. But I wanted to go deeper, so the roads led me to India and Brazil. I have completed various seminars and training aimed at working with my shadows, emotions, working with a wounded child, in order to contact my internal nature and develop my potential. I am on the way of a yoga that I perceive as a path of self -knowledge. In my work I combine elements of Western and Eastern psychology, yoga, expressive therapies, spirituality and shamanism. I am a guide on the path of self -knowledge and my intention is to help reveal and show the hidden potential of our being to live a fulfilled life in love and in harmony. Muzicotherapist, yoga lecturer. The journey to knowledge led me to study philosophy. Working with homeless people was a huge school of life. The desire to find a deeper sense brought me to India and Brazil, where I attended various seminars focused on psycho-spiritual development. In my work, I use music as a therapeutic tool. She is present in my life since childhood. I play on several musical instruments such as piano, organ, harmonium, whistles, or instruments from different parts of the world. I focus on musical improvisation, music therapy and accompany other artists. Music means life, movement, breath, rhythm, heartbeat, but especially the way to the most hidden places of the soul. I am currently a yoga lecturer and a music therapist. I work with adult form of group and individual music therapy, but also with children with multiple disabilities. I am a certified music therapist with several years of experience as well as a supervisor in musicotreapia and helping professions and player playing for singing bowls.
