About event
Come together with Pulse of Europe to celebrate Europe Day and show that you care about our EU membership just like us!
Why are we celebrating Europe on 9 May? This is because only a few years after World War II, on 9 May 1950, the then French Foreign Minister Robert Schuman introduced a plan for deeper cooperation between European countries. Later, May 9 began to be referred to as Europe's Day and became one of the symbols of Europe and the European Union.
The Czech Republic has been part of the EU for 21 years and we definitely have something to celebrate!
