About event
We cordially invite you to the weekend mini-festival of Divadla LETÍ, during which we will celebrate our jubilee 20th anniversary. On the last weekend of May, i.e. May 30 and 31, you will be able to fully enjoy a varied cultural program focused on new drama in the VILA Štvanice Theater and its surroundings. In addition, most of the program will be completely free.
PROGRAM
- Saturday 30 May 2026
14:00 Brunch with a new play
In addition to an excellent brunch, you will also taste short plays by young Czech authors in the beautiful park on Štvanice and witness the awarding of the Evald Schorm Award.
(Tickets available online goout.)
15:15 With a passion for new plays
Discussion about contemporary drama with Czech authors Klára Vlasáková, Tomáš Rális, David Košťák and Daniela Samsonová.

16:15 Technicians on stage!
Theatrical lighting and sound engineers often remain hidden from the eyes of the audience. This time, however, they will step out of the darkness directly into the spotlight - and for the very first time they will appear on stage with a seductive, sparklingly satirical program dedicated to the FLYING THEATER.
(Free entry.)
17:00 Opening of Míša Kášová's photos
Míša Kášová, a long-time technical production technician of Divadla LETÍ, not only takes care of the behind-the-scenes operation of the theater, but sometimes manages to take magical snapshots. Come and take a look behind the scenes of FLYING through the lens of Míša Kášová.
18:00 Dust off the fur coat (Awarding of the Mark Ravenhill Award and fashion show)
Awarding of the Mark Ravenhill Award for the best Czech production of a new text in 2025. The award takes the form of a fur coat, which is always designed by prestigious costume designers for individual years and which is symbolically taken away by the director of the production. On the occasion of the 20TH ANNIVERSARY, there will be a fashion show of "furs" from previous years.
(Free entry.)
6:30 PM TO TO FLY
An evening full of fun, memories and surprises. An original mix of the quiz, the legendary Kufr game and a pinch of "Believe it or not" or "Truth or Lie". A fun memory quiz will guide you through the history of the LETÍ Theater, test your memory and imagination, and spice it up with musical samples that will take you back in time. The evening will be accompanied by Richard Fiala, Milada Vyhnálková and Petr Ťopek, the musical atmosphere will be provided by Lucia Čižinská alias DJ Samba Cha-Cha.
