About event

Are unpleasant situations repeated to you through other people? Are you carrying loads you don't know how to handle?

Just for you, our HAPPY BALANCE self-development program brings a new healing and deeply liberating integration process

SHADOW ACCEPTANCE and SOUL INTEGRATION online.

The human soul has a certain architecture and is built as a highly intelligent and sophisticated system.

According to Mr. and Mrs. Wittemann, it contains individual parts – human subpersonalities – inner children, inner women, inner men, inner animals and inner gods/goddesses. All of them have their own will, action and needs.

In order to become a strong, free, conscious and whole personality, it is necessary to integrate the individual split parts of the soul and unite it. This is done by a special constellation method and work with shadows.

According to Carl Gustav Jung, our subconscious contains our shadows. These are the unaccepted, repressed or forbidden sides of the personality and aspects of the soul that we would prefer not to be, but we must eventually become one on the way to wholeness. We feel our shadow, i.e. our "dark side", very ambivalently. Working with the shadow cannot be skipped in the process of becoming conscious. The shadow is our treasure because it enriches us. It is fertile ground for our personal growth and soul development. So, in the true sense of the word, it is about working with the Light.

Ruediger Dahlke's work has shown us how to find our shadow and how to face it so that we can accept it, integrate it and maybe even start to love it. But if we come to this, we experience various sorrows in life, which our soul must go through before it finds its own form and accepts its existence. Without passing through the dark sides of our personality, we cannot understand the destinies of others and become compassionate and tolerant.

We can perceive the shadowy, i.e. hidden, sides of our soul as a garbage dump of life in our subconscious, where we throw out and displace elements and aspects. ourselves, which we don't want or are afraid to see, but they still remind us and are reflected in the people around us.

Swiss psychologist C. G. Jung came up with the opinion that the shadow represents an inferior part of the human personality. It is the dark part of our soul. We usually talk about it as the second self - Alter Ego. If we suppress it, we cause ourselves repeated great pain. Therefore, for this reason, a person should see it and accept it as part of himself.

We encounter the shadow in an internal – symbolic – form, e.g. in a dream, when a certain figure embodies our qualities. In its external form, the shadow manifests itself in a specific person from our environment, to whom we transfer our unconscious and unprocessed qualities and they bother us.

The shadow contains repressed and hidden personal as well as collective elements of the soul. Everyone has their Shadow, and the more unconscious it is, the more it threatens a person's psychological balance. It is important that we recognize it, accept it, and make it part of our thinking and actions.

The content of the shadow is low-value character traits - such as the ability to do evil, harmful expressions, egoistic attitudes, impulsive words and actions, weaknesses and mistakes, even barbaric desires or states of obsession, misdeeds and crimes, simply everything that we are ashamed of, that we reject and do not want to know about ourselves. All these features are combined in the unconscious into a shadow that behaves in opposition to the conscious mind. Acknowledging the shadow means acknowledging the lower part of your personality and consciousness - your lower ego.

It is an intensive process lasting approximately 90-120 minutes, which can be completed in a group or individually. After it, you should treat yourself to half a day of complete rest or a relaxed whole day.

It is an act of deep self-healing, unconditional self-acceptance and healthy self-love. After it, a person gets closer to his full potential, personal truth and strength. Among other benefits, he gains a sense of perspective and inner peace, as well as the possibility of meeting and living together with his soul mate.
