About event
With the transition from winter to spring, the energy of nature begins to move upwards again.
The power in the element of water collected during the winter begins to unfold.
Movement emerges from the depths - new growth becomes possible.
The element wood represents this new beginning.
In traditional Chinese medicine, the wood element is connected to the liver and gallbladder.
They support the free flow of our life energy, our ability to make decisions and clearly align our visions.
Immerse yourself in the world of Eastern healing and Find out how you can use meditation, Qi Gong, tea, knowledge and inner Taoist alchemy to activate the energy centers of the wood element, release stagnant emotions and create space for inner transformation and balance.
A space to consciously experience the transition into spring and activate the power of new beginnings within you.
What you will experience and strengthen by participating:
• Strengthening the liver Qi: The energy flow in the body is harmonized, tensions can be released and your life energy begins to circulate more freely again.
• Transformation of frustration and repressed emotions: The liver often stores pent-up anger, envy, jealousy.
• Connection with your inner vision: In Taoist teachings, the liver is linked to our ability to see direction in life and take steps courageously
Through:
- Meditation - Arrive - We begin in silence.
With our eyes closed, we direct our attention inward.
The breath becomes a bridge to this moment.
Here, in the now, we connect with our body, the space and the group.
- Qi Gong – 5 Animal Frolics - The Tiger
With the movements of the animals we return to our original life force.
Flowing, playful, powerful - each animal embodies a quality that strengthens the body, mind and organ energy.
In spring we specifically activate the animal that corresponds to the current element and organ.
Movement becomes medicine.
- Tea & Knowledge
We connect with the wisdom of tea and delve into the deeper meaning of the organ system from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.
Through mindfulness, we internally open the space for knowledge and change.
We look together at what emotional, energetic and physical blockages can be expressed in the respective organ.
- Inner Taoist Alchemy
We direct our attention inwards - to where energy is formed, refined and transformed.
With breathing, mindfulness and conscious control of the mind, we cultivate the Qi in the organ area.
We harmonize the element and the emotions, strengthen the energies and connect us with the alchemical powers of change.
