Trance and regression are tools of Biodanza, thanks to which we can draw nourishment and support our revitalization. A trance is a transition from one state of consciousness to another. Some of these transitions we experience every day in our lives, others are part of every Biodanza lesson. When we return from a trance experience, we experience states of expanded consciousness and what seemed very difficult becomes easy. Trance also helps us reconnect with our personal power. In the same way, regression has a beneficial effect on both our body and our entire being. During regression, in Biodanza we return to the period close to our birth and thus strengthen the process of deep biological renewal. Come and learn more at this exceptional open evening!

Monica, by origin from Venezuela, who now lives in Italy Biodanzu has been dancing since his youth. She founded the Biodanza school in Bologna and Rome. He specializes in Biodanza for children and teenagers, Biodanza in nature or work with mental disorders. For 30 years, he has been conducting weekly Biodanza courses for beginners and advanced students.
