About event
Open evening lesson for the public
Introductory experience of the Biodanza training module of the Czech Republic on the topic: SEXUALITY
Lecturer: Hélène Lévy Benseft (France)
There is no lesson intended for beginners. Only interested parties with previous experience with Biodanza can participate.
SEXUALITY and life are inextricably linked. Without sexuality, life would not continue and would cease to exist. We often associate it with pleasure and desire and less often realize that these have their roots in life itself. Biodanza puts life first, so sexuality is an integral part of it. It forms one of the 5 areas (so-called lines) of the development of human potential that we dance in Biodanza.
When we dance in this line, we deepen our relationship with our body, we learn to perceive it as a source of enjoyment, pleasure and desire and not as a source of pain. We support one's own sensuality and pleasure as well as connection with erotic power and attraction. We awaken desire and passion not only for the other, but for life itself.
This line and this evening is an invitation to drink life in full sips and enjoy its fullness every moment.
Come connect with Your inner heat, find passion and joy. Find a way to enjoy pleasure through your body.
Hélène Lévy Benseft was one of the first to bring Biodanza to Europe in the 1980s. He has been leading the Biodanza school in Nice, France for several decades.
