Open evening lessons for the public
Introductory vivencie Biodanza School of the Czech Republic on the topic: Each lesson is a small work of art initiated by the lecturer and the dancers create it together with it. It's not about being an artist or a great dance. It's about creating.
We dance, express ourselves and open up the creative power of life. The measure we can live to this creative power is related to our ability to feel and express our feelings, desires and needs. And that's what we learn in Biodanze. Being authentic, having the courage, discovering your inner qualities, followed by inner impulses and expressing them.
In life, creativity has many forms - from normal activities to impressive works of art. It is common for them that the creator does not wait for a perfect moment, allowing this creative power to speak through him. Thus, even "ordinary" activities such as table arranging or preparing food becomes a creative act. Every person is creative and can allow this creative force to manifest through it. Everyone carries a message, he is the creator and at the same time the work that is formed. Like the path that is formed by how one goes after it.
In Biodanze, we learn how to use this power to create your own life that reflects the unique and real self.

Elsa David, originally an architect, has undoubtedly a creative spirit. She experimented with painting and illustrations, devoted heater, studied music and piano play. Dance is her passion. She danced from an early age, tried a whole range of different styles from classical ballet to contemporary dance. Biodanze has been devoted to since 2004. She is currently a didactic lecturer who accompanies graduates in supervision. It leads regular groups and thematic workshops, mostly associated with art and nature. Supports continuous education projects in Biodanze and teaches school biodanza mainly in Europe.

She Is Currently and Didactic Tutor Who Accompanies Graduate Students During Supervision Sessions. She Leads Regular Groups and Themeatic Workshops, Mostly Related to Art and Nature. SHE SUPPORTS CONTINING EDUCATION PROJECTS IN BIODANZA AND TEACHES AT A NUMBER OF BIODANZA SCHOOLS Mainly in Europe.
