Seclusion -
As men, at some point in our lives, we need to review what we live.
Recognize what was good, beneficial, beneficial, lucrative , exciting, meaningful.

And for that it is good to have the opportunity to be in your own inner seclusion.

And to yourself forgive yourself and don't judge yourself for it.
Don't judge yourself for success and even for failure.
Allow yourself inner reconciliation with the fact that things are the way they are.
And step into everyday life in your strength and with zest for life.
