Children of Socialism/ Festival of Slovenian Punk
The festival will show prominent representatives of Slovenian alternative culture in a cross-section of presentations from creators from the late seventies to the present day. In Berlin, we will show how important Slovenian culture was and still is. We will show its contribution to the modern country we live in today. We believe that the beginnings of the Slovenian state in the hands of cultural creators such as Primož Trubar, Jurij Dalmatin and France Prešeren; who in their time were considered creators of alternative culture and historically demolished walls. Similar to the creators of alternative culture in the eighties and today. At the November festival in Berlin, poetry will be recited and read, a film will be watched and music will be listened to.
