HARDENING at ZOBORA at sunrise ☀️❄️
Event by: Matej Toth
Location: Specialised Hospital st. Svorad, Kláštorská 388/134, Nitra - Liečebný ústav
About event
December 1, 2024
📍6.15 in the parking lot near the Hospital
We set out in shorts, a T-shirt and a windbreaker. After 5 minutes of steep ascent, when the body warms up, we take off our clothes and continue. If you feel the need, you can change your clothes again at any time - it's up to you.
Don't forget to bring hot tea in a thermos, which we will enjoy together at the magical sunrise. 🌅
Come and cool off with us in the cold air at sunrise. 🌬️✨
Overcome yourself and your limits, meet amazing people and discover together what you are capable of.
It doesn't matter if you are an experienced hardener or trying it for the first time - this moment belongs to everyone , who wants to overcome fear, strengthen his body, health and spirit. 💪🧠
Join us and turn an ordinary morning into an unforgettable start to something big. 🌟
Come and show that you can do more than you think.
We look forward to seeing you!
