We are preparing another summer exercise outdoors on the Branice meadow! We will meet there 9.8. at 10:00. You can look forward to exercising with your own weight, dumbbells and kettlebelly. Exercise is free and for all, so come with your family, friends or pull out colleagues from work 😉 You can have a body weight movements, dumbbells and kettlebells and lots of fun!
