It is an alignment based class with breathwork & meditation.
I combine classic, traditional approaches with recent science.
My yoga is a fusion of all my knowledge over the 12+ years working with clients in therapeutic & sportive settings. It is characterized by healthy, anatomically correct alignment & ease.
My core topics are:
✔️Pain relief
✔️stress management
✔️energy management
I believe you cannot avoid stress, but you can learn how to handle it a sustainable way and grow resilience.
I will take you out of your comfort zone. You will find yourself sweating, laughing and celebrating.
