At this workshop with Magda of Ferment, we will focus on the production of oxidized tea from leaves and flowers of plants that normally grow in our conditions. The process of oxidation of leaves, flowers or herbs helps to extract the best and this is an unusual and magical taste and smell of home tea. The tea production process consists of several stages. Each phase is important and cannot be omitted. At the meeting we will show you 2 proven procedures of tea production, we will go through everything needed for collection, drying and twisting. There will also be practical advice or tasting.
