About event
In the face of consumer pressure in connection with the climate crisis, multinational societies are increasingly sweeping their commitment of "carbon neutrality". But can we claim their claim of "pure zero", or is it just a greenwashing?
Many of these large companies rely on carbon emissions to improve their environmental references and finance "ecological" projects such as planting trees through carbon credits, not by reducing emissions.
However, these projects are not effective or even have a negative impact on the environment and the local population. We are investigating the truth of the claims of large companies, such as Total Energies or Nespresso, which has committed that every "cup of coffee will be carbon neutral by 2022". projections we want to draw attention to the danger of deceptive ecological campaigns that hinder real progress in environmental protection.
