This year will be extremely special: we are launching the long-awaited sale of apartments. Therefore, if you are thinking about a new home, stop by the stand of our project team. We would like to introduce you to the neighborhood that we are preparing for you. 🏡

In cooperation with VŠVU and Contemporary Souvenir, we bring you a pop-up sale of student works from the Department of Design, Department of Graphics and Department of Applied Arts. Support the original works of young authors right before entering Palma LIVE.

In cooperation with Kino Film Europe, this year we will bring you our The 25-minute documentary For better cities, which we created together with urban planners Jan Gehl and David Sim. In this way, we will introduce you to the principles that guide us in the creation of our projects.

Celebrate May 1st with us, but also with our neighbors. Come to the popular Open Ateliers Day 2026 in Nova Cvernovka. A varied program for children and adults awaits you, inspiration and a lot of products for sale.
👉 In the Nova Cvernovka area you will also find a relaxation zone by Corwin - a place for a short break between the program. There will be comfortable seating, a children's corner and a changing table.
