Power, Presence & Progress: Women Who Lead Differently - Celebrating International Women’s Day 2025

📅 Wednesday, March 12th | 🕠 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM

📍 NIO House Rotterdam, Meent 80, Rotterdam

In celebration of International Women’s Day, join us for an inspiring panel discussion on Power, Presence & Progress, where we’ll explore how women bring unique strengths to leadership, challenge outdated expectations, and redefine success by leading in their own way.

Women often face pressure to conform to traditional leadership styles—many of which were shaped by male-dominated corporate cultures. But what if the most effective leaders don’t fit that mold?

Through engaging conversations, personal stories, and interactive discussions, we’ll dive into:

🔹 The Myth of the “Ideal” Leader

🔹 Leading with Authenticity

🔹 Power & Presence: The Unspoken Rules

🔹 Changing the System vs. Playing the Game
