** WALK, MEDITATION AND REIKI IN COLLSEROLA **

I invite you to a simple and deep encounter to connect with you, share with other people and enjoy nature.

🚶 What will we do:

Conscious walk from the FGC Vallvidrera Superior Station (about 25 min) to the Budellera Font.

Guided meditation in full nature to connect with your interior.

Circle space and share about Reiki: What is it, how to feel the energy exchange, locate blockages and harmonize them.

Moment of free writing and group words, from respect and listening.

🕘 ** Time: ** From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
📍 ** Meeting Point: ** Upper Vallvidrera FGC Station
🚶 ** Soft walk: ** 25 minutes to the Budellera Font (Collserola).

** 🎒 What to bring: **

* Comfortable clothing and proper footwear.
* Water and something light for lunch.
* Book and pen.
* Cap or sunglasses.
* If you want something to put on the floor to sit down.

You do not need previous experience. Just desire to connect, try, share and give you a space for you.
