Paseo por l´Ebre y visita al Castell de Miravet

**Join us on this complete excursion with a visit to the splendid**
**Miravet Templar Castle and a relaxing boat ride along the Ebro in an old Llagut**

We will start the day with a **obligatory ride on a llagut** – the typical boats of Terres de l'Ebre.
The scenic walk is commented and explains the history of the Ebro River and its importance in the region.
We will continue visiting the Mirave Castle to enter one of the best examples of Templar military architecture in Catalonia. Located in a strategic point on a hill on the bank of the Ebro, it offers us **incredible panoramic views and a 360º view of the town and the Ebro river**
Miravet is a town with cobbled streets of medieval origins. We will stop at different points of historical and scenic interest such as **The Old Church and the Mirador de la Sanaqueta.**

**THE PLAN**We meet at **8:00**h at the Fabra i Puig bus station
The journey by private minivan transport is 2 hours. We will stop en route to have a coffee.
**11:00** we embark on the Llagut in Benifallet – the journey on the river is commented and lasts 1:15h
**12:30** We will go to Miravet, we will visit the town and its castle.
Food can be at a picnic or in some of the town's restaurants.
