Comites Berlin in collaboration with the Carlo Levi Association organizes the meeting:
Pasta wine and politics
We do not speak at the table while eating, much less about politics!
And instead we will talk about, just about politics, civil rights, mafias and girls. But also of culinary culture, tradition and innovation, philosophy of food, quality and good things.
We will do it with Marinella Sammarco, Sicilian of Stuttgart, a very good chef, author of two books "Sicily, passion in the kitchen" and "Echt Sizilianisch Kochen". We will exchange with her, we will read from her books, while preparing a tasting of "Trapani pasta" or while we will enjoy it together with an excellent Sicilian white glass.
