Learn how to make pasta dough and **2** pasta shapes: **long, stuffed pappardella** and **spizzulus**. The stuffed pappardella will have a meaty (beef) filling (vegetarian/vegan filling options available) and will be served in a silky and sweet tomato and basil sauce. Spizzulus will be served with a vegan **pesto**, all made by you.
