Take home your own designer canvas bag. At this workshop, you can complete one of these with the help of textile applications. You will combine different pieces of fabric, layer, sew and shape simple motifs into abstract, geometric compositions or concrete illustrations. Each bag will be a unique original - a wearable textile image.

Kumihimo is an old Japanese technique of cord knitting, in which individual threads are slowly interwoven into a regular pattern. In the workshop, you will try this simple, almost meditative process and create your own colorful cord, which can result in a bracelet, key chain, or other unique alternative.
