About event
Almost 1000 species of spiders live in Slovakia, and do you know what they have in common? Well, that they have eight legs, four or six eyes and live everywhere. When you think or look at them, you don't have to immediately break out in a cold sweat, since spiders have a special meaning for nature and people. And although every spider has a poisonous gland, there is no objective reason for concern and fear in our region.
You will be able to learn more about how to overcome possible aversion and mistrust towards these small predators, but also many other interesting things on 16.03.2026 (Monday) at 18:00 at the Juraj Fándly Library in Trnava. Ľudmila Černecká from the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
