Pelma y Luisa

La Pulpería presents... Pelma and Luisa, a transvestite road trip about two queens with very little patience to put up with men—or anyone who gets in their way—and a crazy desire to rebel against the world.

After months of working tirelessly, Lucy Octopussy—your favorite Almodóvar girl's favorite Almodóvar girl—and Alakrana—your trusted choni, with Yola Berrocal's breasts and Joaquín Sabina's voice—decide to escape together to La Manga del Mar
Menor, in Murcia, hoping to de-stress and forget those bad men who have broken their hearts and also their wallets.

However, fate surprises them with a turn of events: after an unexpected incident, what seemed like a getaway between friends ends up turning into a wild escape from justice. To do this, they decide to adopt two new false identities: Pelma and Luisa.
(because, of course, Sobria and Selena were already caught) and change their course towards Gibraltar, to see if with luck a drug trafficker takes them under his wing, or failing that, a monkey shows them a wonderful cave to hide in, whatever happens first... If they arrive.

For the third consecutive season, the transvestite vermouth created and directed by Lucy Octopussy, returns to the stage. With a unique theatrical format that combines drag, improvisation and absurd comedy, La Pulpería continues to conquer new viewers and can be seen for the first time in two new cities: Seville and Barcelona.

And of course, the guests cannot be missing. On this occasion, Lucy will be accompanied by a veteran of the format, Alakrana, with whom she will co-star in the story. Of course, they will not be alone and in its twelfth edition, La Pulpería is going on tour. After its premiere in Madrid on October 4, the show will arrive in Seville on October 11 at El Gallo Rojo and in Barcelona on October 18 at the Teatro Metamorfosis. Our Thelma and Louise from the market will be accompanied at each stop on the tour by three different artists. In the case of Barcelona, we will have Jakee Maker.
